7. Product Shipping
BulgaShop Ltd can serve customers worldwide. For your convenience, we have selected the most reliable courier companies that their mission is to deliver your order at your place safely and quickly. Warranty does not cover the following:

If you use someone else’s material, you must first obtain the approval. Using the Filehosting Service, you represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner and/or licensee with respect to any hosted content and even warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party. BulgaShop Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the transmission of the Customer who violates these policies or violates any law or regulation. The user/customer guarantees to indemnify BulgaShop Ltd for any subsequent compensation and reimbursement for any damage, loss, liability, costs, and expenses, including legal, suffered by BulgaShop Ltd due to illicit any kind of file hosting use by the user/customer and duties or guarantees expected from this contract or anyway connected with the use of the object of the service user/customer agreement.
